PSN SSB modulator (uPC8105GR)
In the last time, I made a discreate SSB modulator. Here, I make a SSB modulator with a quadrature modulator IC uPC8105GR for high frequency with less parts.Schematics

uPC8105GR is a quadrature modulator IC composed of a RF PSN generator, mixers and a combiner(Figure (a) from a data sheet). Though its nominal operational frequency is between 100-400MHz, it worked at f = 80 MHz. (It didn't worked at f = 50 MHz.) Figure (b) shows nominal frequency dependence of image rejection (ImR) and local leak (LoL).
Figure (c) shows output spectrum of the board. At f = 80 MHz, ImR = -51 dBc, LoL = -40 dBc.
