Class-B push-pull power amplifier
A push-pull type linear amplifier with RF FET RQA0009. Output power is ~ 10W with power supply 13.6 V.Schematics
The below figure (a) and (b) show input-output and -gain characteristics at f = 5 MHz. OP1 is slightly above 40 dBm (10 W). The figure (c) shows frequency dependence of ouput power with input power = 50 mW.
