I emmployed a MMIC MMG3H21NT1(NXP) as a driver and a LDMOS FET AFT05MS004N(NXP) as a final amplifier.
The final is designed to be absolutely stable and matched around 145MHz. Since these devices are for the UHF band, sufficient gain can be obtained in the VHF bands. The figure below shows the frequency dependence of output power (unit dBm) with 1 mW input.
